FIRM HISTORY & DESCRIPTION

Meeks Professional Services (MPS), for a time was DBA Meeks Educational Technologies, a professional services firm, founded in 1993, providing state-of-the-art processes and procedures for managing the implementation of Information and Instructional Technology (Voice, Video, Data, Audio-Visual, Public Address, and Security Systems) in the education market.  Many people know of MPS through various presentations and articles of Mr. Meeks, who is a regularly sought after speaker for organizations such as the Council of Educational Facility Planners International (CEFPI), NSBA, ASBO, NSSEA.  What most people are not aware of are the pragmatic and robust methodologies utilized by MPS that can minimize confusion and maximize technology purchasing dollars providing a best in value for our clients.

MPS has developed time-tested and field-proven processes related to developing “Program Requirements” and providing “Program/Construction Management” for Information Technology systems in education.  Many of those processes are based on Mr. Meeks’ seventeen years of experience as a technology contractor and real-life construction/ implementation situations.  Since our founding, the consistent review and fine-tuning of those processes are on-going functions of all members of the team.  Our goal is to provide all clients with the highest quality of Technology Implementation Management services in the industry.
