GLENN MEEKS, PRESIDENT

PERSONAL MISSION STATEMENT
Treat everyone I meet with honor and respect regardless of position, race, or creed. Engagne my problem-solving skillsets to act firmly and wiselywithout enbittering or embarassing others. To Listen.

Mr. Meeks has provided professional services to more than eighty boards of the two hundred organizations he has worked with in the last thirty years.  Sixty-five of those engagements were initialized with the development of strategic plans associated with technology, both instructional and facility focused, funded through larger construction initiatives.  The last fifteen engagements included a larger, more complex governance and compliance strategic and tactical work which incorporated his “systems thinking” approach to reorient organizations to a more “student-centered learning” approach (as documented in his 2014 book).  Through these engagements, he has observed both excellent and ineffective board strategies, activities, and actions; gaining understanding of the appropriate roles and responsibilities board members should utilize in their positions.  That also includes observation of effective and ineffective employee compliance tactical processes.

He has demonstrated understanding of governance and compliance (strategic/tactical) processes which enable organizations to reach their long-term goals.  Specifically, associated with the areas of:

·        IT organizations and technology systems

·        Program and project management

·        Business development and sales

·        Organization Structures

The leadership of the organizations Mr. Meeks has worked with consistently express appreciation for his ability to explain complex concepts in everyday terms and delivering services within their designated budgets.
